Creator fees that were never claimed (no wallet ever bound) can be swept by Stan to the platform treasury at any time. Creators who have bound a wallet are never swept. Every sweep is an on-chain transaction and is listed here.
The sweep log is available at launch. No fees have been collected and no sweeps have happened, because Stan is not live yet.
