What is Stan?

Stan lets anyone launch a coin that references a creator’s public social profile. Every coin is created on pons, a separate launchpad on Robinhood Chain, and has its own address, supply and trading history. There is no one-coin-per-creator rule: several independent coins can reference the same person.

Does launching a coin mean the creator is involved?

No. Anyone can launch a coin for any public profile without that person’s participation. The coin is community-created unless the creator has separately, explicitly endorsed that specific coin. Look for the endorsement badge on the coin page, not just a "claimed" badge.

What does "claimed" mean if it isn’t endorsement?

Claiming means the real account holder proved they control that social account and can now receive the fees that coin (and any others referencing the same account) has built up. It says nothing about whether they endorse, support, or even know about any individual coin built on their name.

How do fees work?

pons charges 1% on every trade of every coin, wherever the trade happens. Trades made in Stan add 2% on top. On a creator coin that is 1% to Stan and 1% to the creator’s profile, held for them until they claim it. On a custom AI agent coin it is 1% to Stan and 1% shared by the fee recipients. On an AI agent coin run by Stan it is 2% to Stan, which pays for the agent’s chats. These rates are the same on buys and sells and are fixed when a coin is launched. Trades made on pons or through an aggregator pay only pons' 1% fee. Stan's 2% applies to trades made in Stan, so fees paid to the creator only come from trades made here.

What does it cost to launch a coin?

Every launch pays pons’ network fee, currently 0.0005 ETH, which goes to pons. A creator coin has no Stan fee. An AI agent coin or a custom AI agent coin also pays Stan a 0.001 ETH deploy fee. You can add an optional first buy in the same transaction; it pays the same fees as any buy in Stan. The launch screen shows the exact total before you sign.

What can I change after launching?

Nothing about the coin itself. The name, ticker, image and description are saved on the token, along with its coin type and fee recipients, and cannot be changed. Check them before you confirm.

How does a creator claim their fees?

Open the Claim page, paste your profile link, connect the wallet you want paid and sign in with it. Stan gives you a one-time challenge tied to that wallet. Post it from the account you are claiming (or, on some platforms, put it in your bio), then tell Stan to check. Once it is verified, send one transaction to bind that wallet. A first-time binding has a 24-hour safety delay before it can withdraw, and every coin for that account shows a "claim pending" note until then. One verified post claims every coin, past and future, for that account. Moving to a different wallet later takes 48 hours and a signature from the current wallet.

What happens to creator fees that are never claimed?

Creator fees wait for the creator in Stan’s fee vault. If a creator has never claimed (no wallet has ever been bound to their account), Stan can sweep their accumulated balance to the platform treasury at any time, with no notice period. Once a creator has bound a wallet, their balance is never swept. Fees that build up after a sweep are claimable by the creator as normal. Every sweep is recorded on-chain and listed publicly on the Transparency page. If you are a creator, claim early.

What is liquidity, and is it real?

While a coin is on its pons curve, the liquidity shown is the actual ETH held by the curve. pons also prices every coin as if the curve started with a starting reserve; that is only used for the price maths and is never shown as liquidity. After graduation, liquidity is the ETH in the coin’s pool. Market cap and FDV are computed from the current price; see each stat’s tooltip for the exact definition.

What is graduation?

When a coin’s curve holds 4.2 ETH it sells out and pons moves the coin to its own pool. For a moment buying and selling are paused while that happens, then trading reopens in the pool. Stan’s fees stay the same before and after. Right after graduation the pool can be thinner than the curve was, so the same trade can move the price more. Quotes are exact for the current state.

What is the anti-sniper window?

For the first 3 seconds after a coin is launched, pons taxes buys by up to 99% to stop bots. Stan waits that window out for you: the buy button is disabled with a countdown, so you never pay the tax by accident.

Is Stan affiliated with pons?

No. Stan builds on pons, an independent launchpad, but is not partnered with it, endorsed by it, or run by it. If pons changes its rules, closes launches or has a problem, coins on Stan are affected too. pons’ contracts have not been audited.

I think a coin misuses my identity or someone else’s. What can I do?

Use the Report page to flag impersonation, request a creator opt-out, or report other abuse. Reports go to moderation; we do not guarantee removal but every report is reviewed.

Is Stan affiliated with Robinhood?

Stan runs on Robinhood Chain, a public network, but Stan is an independent application and is not operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Robinhood.
